Accounting Made Easy and Accurate: AccuConference Unveils Accounting Code Validation
AccuConference has just unveiled a new feature, accounting code validation. This feature is available through the Conference Manager, a desktop control system that allows the call host to manage all aspects of a conference call.
A call facilitator inputs an accounting code to ensure that the call is traceable to a department, branch, cost center or other accounting entity. Physician Placements Up Ten Percent in Major Metropolitan Areas
The Delta Companies recently released the second quarter edition of The Physician Recruiting Standard, a free resource that provides a summary of current data and market trends in physician recruitment.
The latest data indicates a ten percent increase from last quarter in placements with a population greater than 100,000.
“Metropolitan facilities are increasing the utilization of search firms and are becoming more open with candidate parameters due to the competitive measures being taken by their rural counterparts,” said Rob Landstad, vice president of Delta Physician Placement.
When comparing the data on compensation over the past year, pulmonary critical care saw a 16 percent drop in average starting compensation. Conversely, emergency medicine shows the largest increase in average starting compensation, raising nearly 13 percent in the past year.
