Serving as the evening's special celebrity chef will be Jean-Georges Vongerichten, one of the world's most influential culinary masters and restaurateurs, as well as the creative force behind [J&G Steakhouse at The Phoenician, which opened in Dec. 2008. Joining him will be host and resort Executive Chef Paul Carter.
