Timelock Enterprise, LLC, a privately owned company based in Texas and started by two young entrepreneurs, is pleased to announce the launch of a new room divider Web store, MyShojiScreens.com

Blue Financial Warns Arizona Consumers of Mortgage Scams
The FBI, Federal Reserve System, and Office of the Comptroller of Currency have alerted the banking, lending, and mortgage industries to a scam commonly called a “Mortgage Elimination Program”. These programs promise to eliminate mortgage debt in as little as seven (7) months.
Those organizing and perpetuating these scams are doing so by using convincing-looking but false financial documents, and making outrageous claims (such as questioning the legitimacy of the Federal Reserve, or the validity of U.S. currency). Clients must pay upfront, usually large sums of money – upwards of $2,500 or more.

Beginning New Year's Day and continuing through the months of January and February, the Jekyll Island Authority hosts "Island Treasures on Jekyll Island", a unique treasure hunting experience on Georgia's most popular public beach. The treasures are hand-crafted glass floats, called Island Treasures. The glass floats have been sought after by Jekyll Island guests since 2002. Each is unique and stamped with the year to be a collector's item for the lucky beachcomber who finds one.
Island Treasures mimic glass floats once used on the fishing nets of fishermen in the early 1900's. The floats would sometimes break loose and wash ashore for lucky beachcombers to find and keep. Collecting these glass floats became a hobby in the 1950's, but declined as commercial fishing moved to plastic and Styrofoam floats. Glass fishing floats became even more rare, making them highly sought after and very valuable today.
Investors Return to Farm Land Market

"Investors stepped aside around November, but they have gotten back in the game," said Vermeer. "Everyone was trying to figure out the stock market and whether the economy had bottomed out. Some believe it has. Now that the uncertainty has subsided, buyers are looking for investments they can feel good about."
